1.2 User / Customer
“You” or “Customer” refers to any individual or legal entity accessing or using the Platform or Services.
1.3 Service Professionals
Independent third-party professionals or vendors who provide services listed on the Platform.
1.4 Nature of Services
Global Edge Services acts as a technology-enabled platform that connects Customers with independent Service Professionals.
We do not provide services directly and do not employ Service Professionals.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years of age
You have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
You agree to comply with these Terms
If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform or Services.
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
3.1 To access certain Services, you must create an account using accurate and complete information.
3.2 You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.
3.3 Any activity performed through your account shall be deemed to be done by you.
4. BOOKINGS & SERVICE DELIVERY
4.1 Bookings made through the Platform are requests for services from third-party Service Professionals.
4.2 Confirmation of booking will be communicated via SMS, email, WhatsApp, or app notification.
4.3 If a selected Service Professional is unavailable, we may provide a suitable replacement.
4.4 We do not guarantee availability, quality, or outcome of services rendered by Service Professionals.
5. PRICING, FEES & PAYMENTS
5.1 Prices displayed on the Platform include service charges and may include convenience or platform fees.
5.2 Payments may be made via UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, or other approved modes.
5.3 Global Edge Services acts as a limited collection agent for Service Professionals.
5.4 Prices are subject to change and may vary based on demand, location, or service type.
5.5 Refunds, if any, shall be governed by our cancellation and refund policy and applicable laws.
6. CANCELLATIONS
6.1 Customers may cancel bookings subject to applicable cancellation charges.
6.2 Cancellation fees, if applicable, will be clearly communicated before confirmation.
7. USER CONDUCT
You agree that you shall:
Treat Service Professionals with respect
Provide a safe and appropriate environment for service delivery
Not engage in abusive, discriminatory, or unlawful behavior
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misconduct.
8. USER CONTENT & FEEDBACK
8.1 You may submit reviews, feedback, or other content.
8.2 You grant Global Edge Services a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use such content for platform operations, marketing, and legal compliance.
8.3 We reserve the right to remove any content violating these Terms.
9. DATA PRIVACY
9.1 We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9.2 Data may be shared with service partners, affiliates, or authorities as required by law.

11.1 We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at our discretion for violation of these Terms.

Acts or omissions of Service Professionals
Quality, safety, or legality of services rendered
Any indirect or consequential damages
13. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Global Edge Services from any claims arising out of:
Your misuse of the Platform
Violation of these Terms
Any unlawful activity conducted through your account
14. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
14.2 Any dispute shall be resolved through arbitration in New Delhi, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
15. MISCELLANEOUS
We may modify these Terms at any time
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms
If any clause is held invalid, remaining clauses shall remain enforceable.
