1. Global Edge Services requires that all details submitted in the form must be correct, true, and supported with necessary document. 2. The labour/service provider/worker (L/S/W) must deposit Rs.1000 into the company account (Global Edge Services). 3. Global Edge Services requires a maximum period of 2 months to complete the formalities of L/S/W including verification, separating and collecting all the forms which will be received at the time of registration. After that, GES will issue the I-card with designation. That's why all the formalities will take a maximum period of 2 months including police verification. 4. If an L/S/W has more than one skill, they can apply in multiple categories. * Subscription charge for the first service: Rs.1000 * For 2nd and 3rd categories: Rs.700 each 5. If any work or service is not mentioned on the company's website, the rate shall be decided by the L/S/W at the customer's premises the agent shall remain honest and pay 20% commission to Global Edge Services from the amount which received from the customer. Otherwise legal action shall be taken against L/S/W. 6. Global Edge Services shall not be responsible for any damages, losses, or issues caused by the L/S/W provider during Travelling Working hours and during working hours at the customer's premises. 7. GES shall make payment to L/S/W within 7 days, only after receiving payment from the customer, and after deducting 20% commission from the amount received from the customer for their services and customer satisfaction also required. 8. GES shall hold payment equivalent to 15 days works/services after 6 months of subscription period as a security amount. This amount will be released upon completing of the subscription period. 9. If the L/S/W wants to continue services with Global Edge Services, the security amount shall be adjusted/deducted in the next subscription year and the remaining balance shall be refundable in the last month of subscription year period. 10. The company shall not be responsible for any kind of accident or Mishappening during the travelling of L/S/W. 11. L/S/W shall be personally responsible for any misbehaviour or misconduct with customers. If any valid complaint is registered on the website against L/S/W by any customer, then GES shall have the right to take an appropriate legal action against L/S/W. 12. Mentioning the desirable working hours for Maid / Watchmen / Driver / child caring / security person / cook / Tutors is mandatory. 13. If the L/S/W wants to terminate the subscription period before the end of the subscription year then L/S/W shall to inform GES at least two months in advance otherwise they will not claim any payment which was hold by GES after 6 months from the subscription period, ending year(i.e 15 days work payment/security amount). 14. The L/S/W shall not disclose any customer details to any third party including other companies, person or vender. 15. Under Force Majeure clause, If GES provided leads to the L/S/W, then L/S/W have to attend the leads at any cost. The GES shall not be responsible for any kind of Act of god, Government restrictions, internet failure etc. during the working period. 16. The L/S/W is required Check regularly and stay updated with all notifications published on and updates the GES website. GES shall not be responsible for any failure of the L/S/W to remain updated with such amendments or procedural changes. 17.If any information provided by the L/S/W in application form shall be doubtful and wrong then the subscription amount of rs. 1000/- has been forfeited by the GES.
